Noelle Balfour’s interesting and varied career started with a few small parts in the 1980’s and slowly progressed including appearing in an episode of Seinfeld. Even though she is a natural brunette, she played Marylin Monroe several times over her career. In the early 2000’s she began focusing on work behind the camera, but still continued to act in projects she thought were cool. She did voice work as well including playing a part in the video game Grand Theft Auto V. Sadly, Ms. Balfour passed away in 2017 at the age of 32. She had been in a terrible car accident that left her badly injured and was never able to recover.
